....long time no chat...sorry, I've been busy.
Happy 2013 and a wish for an awesome and yarny new year. I was super busy in the lead up to Christmas getting a ton of orders completed and luckily I got everything done with just a bit of time to spare. I made a load of owl and Thomas hats as well as booties and a special request from my cousin for lion slippers which turned out very nicely.
Seeing as this is a new year and in keeping with tradition I would like to make some yarny/crafty resolutions and goals for the coming year:
1) Learn how to knit something other than a dishcloth...perhaps socks?
2) Crochet a multi-coloured ripple blanket
3) Get back into making jewelry
4) Get supplies for and teach myself how to do stamped metal jewelry
Four goals is not too scary, right? I can totally get through that list and add to it I think. Every time I browse Pinterest I see something new to try so I should manage to keep myself busy just fine.
